Rosellen Westerhoff will be exhibiting 'Almost Dun...' at the American Academy of Equine Art 2014 Fall Open Juried Exhibition and Sale. The Cloud Foundation Annual Art Exhibit and Fundraiser will be held at the Cottonwood Center for the Arts in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on August 2-31, 2014. The Celebration of Wild Horses through Art and Music is a juried art exhibit featuring the work of 27 nationally established equine artists, and Rosellen is pleased to have two of her pieces in the exhibit – ‘Running with Cloud’ and ‘What’s Up?’. Funds raised will help The Cloud Foundation (www.thecloudfoundation.org) continue ongoing work to educate the public, document and monitor the remaining wild horse herds on public lands, and to be a voice for those voice-less and elegant symbols of freedom. Rosellen Westerhoff has sold her mixed media original of ‘Taken’ at the 2014 Calgary Stampede Western Showcase Western Art Auction this past July 10th. This piece meant a lot to Rosellen, as it was a drawing of some Prior Mountain mustangs that touched her heart. Nature Artist Rosellen Westerhoff is pleased to announce the release of her new book, ‘Tiffany and Tyler’. It is a story of a most unlikely friendship between Tiffany a Rufous Hummingbird and Tyler a Western Painted Turtle.
